This 2000's Icy Makeup Look is Perfect for the Winter

The Inspo:

While scrolling through Tiktok this afternoon,  @makepupwlp caught my eye with her Snow Angel inspired makeup look. It kind of reminds me of the VS Silver Eye Makeup, which is one of my favorite looks when I want to try something different. 

She described the palette to be more on the sparkly cool tone side, which makes me curious to try with my olive skin tone. I am usually more of a brown shade girlie, so once I get this palette on my hands I will also be reviewing it ;) ( @mariafediazzz on Tiktok )

As you an see above, she's a really talented self-taught makeup artist in the UK, and this look is one of the MANY  that made me go WOW. I especially like how the shimmer in the inner corners really compliments her eyes. Below, I found the makeup product she talked about in her comments!
